I knew that I wanted to be in broadcasting since I was a child. I began watching television news and listening to radio deejays, often emulating their styles.
I interned at radio and television stations beginning in high school and found mentors. After graduating from college, my first professional job was as a television news reporter and anchorman in Clarksburg, W.Va.
Not only was I reporting fulltime, but also, the station's creative services department had me voice commercials for their clients.
Then when I moved on to Fort Wayne, Ind., local radio stations wanted my services to read news and join their morning show teams. I had since concentrated on producing television news and running television stations' Web sites.
Now I am back into voice work and hope to make a difference in your company.
